Students take sports shooting to the extreme

Students from Pinellas County Schools were able to shoot video, write, and score their own music during a sports action camp. The camp was run by the Office of Strategic Communications and gave students a chance to create a video about skateboarding.

Middle and high school students worked in groups, gathered interviews and footage, then matched it with music they created to finish their project.

The camp gave students experience shooting a fast-paced sports event and reinforced teamwork and cooperation.
